Weekly Agenda The school will continue to utilize a weekly agenda for grades KG through Grades 12. The weekly agenda is a wonderful tool to help students and parents organize their week and schedule in order to get the assignments given by teachers completed by the due date. It will be distributed every Thursday to the students. The agenda will include the assignments, tests, and quizzes required for each subject for the following week. Each student is required to bring the weekly agenda with them to school on a daily basis in order to record the changes that might occur to the assignments. Students are responsible for the assignments listed. Students need to make sure they don’t lose their weekly agenda. If a student is absent on Thursday, parents or students can contact the school and the agenda can be provided through fax or e-mail. Students will be responsible to check with their teachers regarding the class work they missed due to absence.
