The Junior Ambassadors Conference
The Junior Ambassadors Conference aims to raise awareness of the protection of the rights of children to promote child rights in today`s world whilst acquiring knowledge, skills, behaviors and values for citizenship.
AHIS involves its students in the most advanced programs to cultivate their leadership and social skills essential to becoming active individuals in their own society as well as nurturing their bilingual communication skills and interaction with global communities.
A hands-on opportunity for students to participate in global projects on and off-campus is the Model United Nations (MUN) in which students are provided an opportunity to apply their unique individual abilities in a dynamic and exciting forum that emphasizes problem-solving, diplomacy and global understanding.
Students are involved in the Young Leaders Council program YLC where AHIS teaches and enhances leadership skills of promising students in an experiential atmosphere and prepares them for a greater understanding of their roles in democracy and the responsibilities of global citizenship.
